All Day: Poker Run
All Day: Vendors Booths (Wheels Inn)
1:30pm - 3:00pm: Biker Bingo
4:00pm: Parade Staging with Chapter Flags (leaves at 5:15pm)
5:00pm: Opening Ceremonies & Biker Blessing
6:15pm: Aerial Group Photo (in front of Chatham Court House)
6:45pm - 1:00am: Retailer Supper (music & dancing)
10:15pm - 10:30pm: Light Show

Saturday August 2nd 2008

7:30am - 9:00am: Directors Breakfast & Meeting
9:00am - 3:00pm: Registration
Morning: Poker Run (motorcycles to be back by 3:00pm)
All Day: Vendors Booths (Wheels Inn)
10:00am - 12:00pm: Show & Shine (Kinsmen Auditorium)
1:00pm - 4:00pm: Bike Games (Kinsmen Auditorium)
6:30pm - 8:00pm: Banquet and Closing Ceremonies
8:00pm - 1:00am: Band & Dancing
